Join Cha Wa and other Festival performers alongside friends and staff of BCA as we head down Church Street in a musical mob of merrymaking. This New Orleans-style second line parade meets on the top block and ends in front of City Hall, where Cha Wa will keep the tunes going as we get the weekend started.
